Coverage Report

Modified on Mon, 10 Feb at 1:51 PM

The Coverage Report is a crucial tool in the yearbook creation process, helping you ensure that all student portraits are properly represented.

Total People – Displays the number of students included in your yearbook (flowed) versus those who are not (unflowed). It is normal for some students to be unflowed, depending on the intended audience of the yearbook.

Note: You can quickly view all unflowed students by using the Unflowed filter.

Missing Photos – Identifies how many student portraits are missing a photo, which may occur if students missed their school photo day.

Missing First or Last Name – Highlights students who are missing either their first name, last name, or both.

Missing Grade – Important if you are organizing your yearbook by grade, as it helps identify students whose grade information is missing.

Manually Excluded – Displays the number of students who have been manually excluded from the yearbook, providing a quick overview of any intentional exclusions.
