Yearbook Progress and Page Overview

Editors-in-Chief and Editors can easily view and track the progress and deadlines of the Yearbook.



Your yearbook printing company sets your book and cover deadline to ensure you receive your book on time. Contact them if you need to update your deadline date.




Book Progress Status


The book's progress is represented as a circle, using color-coded statuses for a quick visualization of the percentage of progress made.


Not Started

Blank pages that have been added to your book but have yet to be edited.
In Progress

Pages that have been edited but still need to be completed or sent for review.
Ready for ReviewPages marked as complete have been submitted to the Editor (s)-in-Chief and Editor(s)—for approval or comments.
Ready for ProofingPages that have been reviewed and approved by an Editor-in-Chief or Editor are prepared to undergo the final proofing process.
RejectedPages were reviewed but rejected by the editor-in-chief or Editor. These pages require further editing before being resubmitted.
Approved for Printing
Pages that have been proofed are ready to be sent to the publisher.



Submission Status

Inform you of the submission status, the current number of pages, and the page limit your book should adhere to.


Cover Progress Status


The cover's progress is represented as a circle, using color-coded statuses for a quick visualization of the percentage of progress made. It uses the same color-coded statuses as the book's progress.

Page Overview


The Page Overview provides a rapid snapshot of the overall status of all pages, enabling you to quickly understand the yearbook's current state.



The Editor-in-Chief always has visibility over the entire book. 



Editor(s) can see the status of the entire book as well as any pages specifically assigned to them.



Staff members will only see the pages assigned to them.


The color scheme is explained in the Book Progress Status section.
