Utilize the Batch Editing Dialog to swiftly modify attributes for multiple individuals. For instance, you can assign a specific teacher to multiple students, change the grade of selected students, or adjust the priority order of staff members for specific arrangements in the Staff Panel Flow.
Go to the Manage Portraits
A - Select the "Manage Portraits" option.
B - Choose to "Check-Out" the book for the purpose of importing a PSPA file. This action involves considerable alterations to the yearbook's structure, particularly in terms of panel flow.
Grid ViewA - Ensure you are in Grid View by Clicking on the Grid View button. C - Select the Edit button located in the blue toolbar at the bottom of the Manage Portrait user interface. | |
D - Choose the attributes you wish to modify. Some fields will present dropdown menus with automatic choices based on your database data. E - Select "Show All Fields" to edit additional attributes if needed. F - Once finished, click "Update People" to confirm your changes. |
Important: Only fields that are set will replace the values for all selected objects when "Update People" is clicked. Therefore, empty fields will not change any previously set values for the selection.
