In the event of a service disruption, a live status update will appear in the app itself.
If you are experiencing any connectivity related issues or error messages, check this website first to determine if there a server outage.
Rest assured out team is working on the issue as soon as it is detected.
If all servers are operational and you have checked the system requirements page, please contact our Support team to let us know what problems you are experiencing. Be sure to include the text of error messages, the type of browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and where you are trying to access your yearbook (school, home, public wifi).
